Many people have been forced to accept retirement packages while others have been forced into retirement and many have received severance packages. The changing economy is happening so fast that many seniors and retirees are being deemed as not capable of a high level of capabilities.

President Roosevelt put forth an idea of Social Security for people over 65 knowing full well that most people did not live that long. What has happened is that the life span has become longer Two things are happening. We are collecting SS and yet we are fully capable of holding a job.
Traditional businesses do not offer much. Jobs such as greeter at Wall Mart, where house guards, bagging groceries,etc. However, in Maine there is a very profitable organization that hires people 65 or over. One of them is 92. Is it a growing company? You bet it is.
At sixty five most of us do not have the same energy as when we were younger, but as they say about pitchers in baseball when they get older that although they may have lost a little off their fastball they are much craftier.
Many senior citizens have turned to Network Marketing. Some of the reasons are they can start their own business right from home for under $500. They know many people who are in the same position as they are and who would like to be active. Working from home eliminates the commute.
Many Network Marketing companies have produced some fabulous products. As we get older we develop different ailments and these products help us to live a better quality of life.
